• Profile of the company
• Memorandum and articles of association.
• Audited financial paper for past two years and provisional balance sheet for current year with profit and loss account and schedules.
• ITRs of the company and directors for last 03 years.
• Copy of all vat returns for current year
• Detail of bank limits and copy of complete sanction letter.
• Detail of the term loans from the bank and from other financial institutions in a tabular form containing following detail

• Detail of present bankers and clearly legible Xerox of all bank accounts for 6 months along with statements of accounts of the personal accounts of promoters.
• Latest share holding pattern on letter head.
• Photos Of all directors.
• Latest Work order / purchase order if any.
• Provisional Balance Sheet.
• CMA data if available.
